How do I return an item purchased on Posh Pitara?

Return is only applicable on the items which are either defective, damaged, or Not as described. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since delivery of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. To be eligible for an exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase & an unboxing video.

If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to return the product, you have to raise a return request sending us an email on our customer support at hello@poshpitara.com .Please send a video while unboxing our packaging of the product as a proof for Damaged/Defective claim.

Once we have received your request, we will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.

We do a reverse pickup of the product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” from the customer’s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact.
